Hand heat is generally caused by yin deficiency,
which refers to the loss of yin fluid, while yang deficiency refers to a series of clinical symptoms caused by insufficient yang qi and weakened warming function. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that yin and yang in the body should be in a relatively balanced state. When yin fluid is insufficient, the body's function of restricting yang heat will decline, resulting in dryness, heat, rising, movement and excessive qi, etc. Deficiency heat syndrome of yang relative excess will occur. Most patients will also be accompanied by flushing cheeks, dry throat, five upset heat and other symptoms, so hand heat is caused by yin deficiency.
