What does the right hilar lymph node enlargement mean?

Enlargement of the right hilar lymph nodes is a lung lesion found on imaging. It is normally seen in various degrees of congestion, inflammatory exudates, and edema. The most common causes include lung inflammation, lung tumors, tuberculosis, and immune diseases. After the patient shows these symptoms, a further chest CT may be performed to determine the specific cause of the lesion. If it is caused by tuberculosis, anti-tuberculosis treatment should be performed. If it is caused by pneumonia, it can be treated by antibiotics. If it is caused by tumor disease, it can be treated by surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods according to the specific conditions of the tumor.
