Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is

a disease caused by acute coronary artery occlusion, which leads to necrosis of heart muscle due to lack of blood supply. Generally, patients with small infarction area, blood pressure and heart rate will be at normal level. For patients with large infarction area or infarction site located in the inferior wall or posterior wall, cardiogenic shock or chronic arrhythmia may occur, resulting in abnormal blood pressure and heart rate.
