How to use dental floss

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
Floss is used to remove food debris, soft dirt and plaque from the adjacent surfaces of teeth. It plays a role in cleaning the tooth surface and picking out the blocked food. Take a piece of floss about 25~30 cm long, wrap it around the middle finger of both hands respectively, and tighten it. Control the floss with your thumb and index finger, put the floss between the teeth, and gently apply pressure to the gums. Pull the floss left and right to make the floss slide smoothly into the tooth space. Do not use force to press the floss into the tooth space! Avoid damaging gums. After the floss enters the tooth space, pull the floss left and right, gently clean the adjacent surfaces of the front and rear teeth thoroughly, and then pull the floss out toward the occlusal surface. Repeat the above steps until the adjacent surfaces of each tooth are cleaned. Carefully clean each tooth space after each meal, and brush your teeth correctly, which can effectively prevent caries and periodontal disease.
