A burst of pain in the back of myocardial ischemia may be related to angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction and other factors.
1. Angina
pectoris is usually caused by coronary atherosclerosis. When the blood supply is insufficient, it will cause pain attacks, usually manifested as chest compression or pain, sometimes pain can radiate to the back.
2. Acute myocardial infarction
is caused by severe ischemia and necrosis of myocardial tissue due to coronary artery occlusion. When the disease attacks, it can also cause precordial pain, and pain may also radiate to the left arm, neck, chin, back and other parts.
