Kidney cyst is not caused by hydronephrosis

Renal cyst is not caused by hydronephrosis. Renal cyst is mainly a cystic disease of dilated renal tubules. The dilated renal tubules are gradually independent and form cysts. The secretion function of the cyst wall is strong, and the cyst will change faster; the secretion function is weak, and the cyst changes little. Renal cyst is mainly a disease in renal parenchyma, while hydronephrosis is mainly a disease of renal collection system, so renal cyst is not caused by hydronephrosis.
