Is right atrium hypertrophy cardiomyopathy?

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Right atrial hypertrophy may be caused by cardiomyopathy, but it may also be caused by other factors.
Cardiomyopathy refers to a group of organic diseases of the heart muscle caused by a variety of causes, including cardiac muscle damage or dysfunction, which can lead to enlargement and hypertrophy of the heart. Both dilated cardiomyopathy and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can cause right atrial hypertrophy. However, right atrial hypertrophy may also be caused by other causes, such as lung disease and pulmonary hypertension, and attention should be paid to differentiation.
For patients suspected of right atrial hypertrophy, comprehensive clinical examination and evaluation are required to determine the cause and targeted treatment.
