What kind of cancer doesn't require chemotherapy?

Most cancers require chemotherapy to alleviate symptoms, while some patients with early cancer and cancer in situ can be cured by surgery, so chemotherapy is not necessary. There are also some patients with advanced cancer who are in poor health and cannot receive chemotherapy.
