Mild to moderate mitral regurgitation symptoms

If the patient exhibits mild to moderate mitral regurgitation, the typical symptoms are acute mild or moderate mitral regurgitation, exertional dyspnea, shortness of breath, wheezing, decreased exercise tolerance, wheezing, and breathlessness. Patients with moderate acute mitral regurgitation will show symptoms similar to left heart failure, such as dyspnea, cough, expectoration, and even pink foamy sputum. In severe cases, patients will show clinical symptoms such as extreme respiratory distress. For mild and moderate mitral regurgitation, if the patient belongs to the chronic stage, it may not show typical symptoms clinically, but only show clinical symptoms such as fatigue, fatigue, and decreased activity tolerance.
