Sinus tachycardia is why, very serious?

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
Sinus tachycardia is usually caused by physiological factors, drug factors, pathological factors and other reasons, as follows:
1. Physiological factors
Smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking strong tea, coffee or strenuous exercise, emotional tension, sympathetic nerve excitation often occurs, resulting in physiological sinus tachycardia.
2.
Drugs such as propranolol, metoprolol, atenolol and thiazepinone may also cause sinus tachycardia.
3. Pathological factors
fever, anemia, shock, hypoxia, infection, myocarditis, pulmonary embolism, heart failure and other organic diseases may also cause sinus tachycardia.
Sinus tachycardia is not serious, it needs to be judged according to the etiology, heart rate and other factors.
If it is sinus tachycardia caused by physiological and drug factors, the heart rate is between 100-120 beats/min, which is usually not serious. Generally, special treatment is not needed. After changing lifestyle, adjusting mood or stopping drug, symptoms can disappear. Sinus tachycardia caused by fever and anemia, heart rate is generally about 120-130 beats/minute, after timely treatment, generally not serious. However, if it is sinus tachycardia caused by heart failure, pulmonary embolism and other diseases, and the heart rate reaches more than 140 beats/min, it is more serious and there is a greater risk.
