Manifestations of acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
Acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is mainly characterized by chest pain, dizziness, nausea and other symptoms.
1. Chest pain
due to the blockage of cardiac blood vessels during the attack, resulting in ischemia and hypoxia of myocardial cells and necrosis, resulting in chest pain.
2. Dizziness due to the
decrease in myocardial contractility during the attack, resulting in decreased output of the heart, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain, resulting in ischemia and hypoxia of brain cells, resulting in dizziness.
3. Nausea
Due to the release of metabolites by necrotic myocardial cells, stimulation of vagus nerve and mucosal nerves of the digestive tract, resulting in nausea and vomiting.
