Braunwald angina classification criteria are based on the characteristics of angina, the onset of unstable angina will be divided into grade I, grade II and grade III.

1, grade I: initial exertional angina, refers to the patient has never had angina before, angina occurred in the last one to two months. Less than daily activities can be induced, but angina does not occur at rest.

2, grade II: subacute unstable angina, refers to lying angina occurred within a month, but did not occur within the last 48 hours.

3, grade III: acute unstable angina, refers to lying angina symptoms within 48 hours.
