Do healthy cysts need treatment?

Tendon sheath cysts are usually caused by friction of the tendon sheath for a long time in daily life. Treatment should be based on the location of the tendon sheath cyst and the size of the cyst. If the cyst does not affect normal activities, it is usually not treated. Otherwise, medical treatment or surgery is required.
