Causes of right femoral head pain

The most common cause of pain in the right femoral head is femoral head necrosis. Patients may be locally injured, long-term use of large amounts of hormones, large exposure to radiation or long-term drinking, often causing huge damage to local blood supply, resulting in femoral head necrosis, showing symptoms of femoral head pain. Early femoral head necrosis requires active hip MRI examination to confirm diagnosis. Late femoral head necrosis, need to carry out X-ray examination can be clearly diagnosed, late head necrosis normal need for total hip replacement surgery.
