Children cough whenever they cry

Children who cough when they cry may be induced by allergic cough, pharyngitis, bronchitis and tonsillitis and should be admitted to hospital for respiratory examination. If allergic cough is diagnosed, antihistamines and cough suppressants should be prescribed. Advice: Drink plenty of hot water to keep the throat moist.
