Does a child have a fever?

There is no link between fever and height growth in children. Fever does not make children grow taller. Symptomatic treatment for children with fever can be used for antipyretic treatment with acetaminophen. Usually, children can eat more calcium-rich foods, or take calcium tablets as prescribed to promote growth and development.
