Does gastritis panic?

Palpitations refer to palpitations, which are not thought to cause gastritis.

Gastritis generally refers to inflammation of the stomach mucosa. Common symptoms include stomach discomfort, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and indigestion. Palpitations are usually heart-related and may be caused by abnormal heart rhythm, cardiac dysfunction, anxiety, or other cardiovascular problems. Therefore, gastritis usually does not cause palpitations.

Patients with gastritis try to choose light, digestible foods, such as rice, noodles, cooked vegetables, boiled or cooked meat, to help reduce the burden of digestion.
