How to do strabismus self-correction training

Empowering you to live your best life.
Strabismus self-correction training includes collection training, monocular training and eye muscle training.
1. Collection training
exercises eye muscles by gradually pushing the target object to the front of the eye, such as nib exercise, placing a pen 40cm in front of the eye and gradually moving it to the front of the eye. During this period, keep your eyes fixed on the pen tip 2-3 times a day for 5-10 minutes each time.
2. monocular training
allows the patient to maintain a normal sitting position, cover the normal eyes with black cloth or eye mask, and then gradually move the guide rod to the eyes of the patient, so that they can see objects with the affected eyes. Training 2-3 times a day, 5-10 minutes each time.
3. Eye muscle training
Prepare a guide rod, so that the patient's head is fixed, and the eyes follow the guide rod to do horizontal, rotational or oblique movements to exercise the eye muscles.
