Where is the Renzhong acupoint

Renzhong acupoint is located on the human face.

Renzhong acupoint is located in the nasolabial groove of the human face, specifically at the junction of the upper one-third and the lower two-thirds of the upper lip groove, i.e. the intersection of the upper one-third and the middle one-third of the Renzhong groove. This acupoint is just below the nasal column and belongs to a part of the governor meridian. It is an important acupoint on the median line of the human face.

Renzhong acupoint is an important first-aid acupoint. It is often used to treat respiratory arrest, hypotension, shock and carbon monoxide poisoning during general anesthesia. In addition, stimulating Renzhong acupoint has certain curative effects on stroke, epilepsy, infantile convulsion, facial swelling, back pain and other diseases. It can also relieve diabetes, epistaxis, toothache, closed teeth, jaundice, nasal congestion, edema and other symptoms.
